Terms of Service — The Travel Planner

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using The Travel Planner ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Use of the service

The Travel Planner is a personal travel itinerary management tool. You may use it to organize your own travel bookings. You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use it for any unlawful purpose. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

3. Subscriptions and billing

The Travel Planner offers an annual subscription at $20 AUD (excluding GST). Your subscription grants you access to all features for 12 months from the date of purchase. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Subscriptions do not auto-renew unless you explicitly choose to renew. Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis — contact us within 14 days of purchase if you have an issue.

4. Your data

You retain ownership of all travel data you enter into the Service. We do not claim any rights over your itinerary content. If you delete your account, your data will be removed from our systems within 30 days.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the Service will be error-free. The Travel Planner is a planning tool only — always verify your bookings directly with airlines, hotels, and other providers.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via a notice in the app. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
