How much does The Travel Planner cost?
The Traveller plan is $20 AUD per year (excludes GST) — unlimited trips, all features included. The Travel Agent plan is $90 AUD per year and adds agency tools: create an account, invite clients, and share itineraries directly with them.
What can I track with The Travel Planner?
You can track flights, hotels, tours and activities, cruises, ports of call, ground transport (car rentals, trains, buses), and more — all linked to a single trip itinerary.
Does The Travel Planner work on mobile?
Yes. The Travel Planner is a web app that works on any modern browser — desktop, smartphone, or tablet.
What is DIR and how does it work?
DIR (Document to Itinerary Recognition) is our AI-powered import feature. You drop a booking confirmation — a PDF, a saved email (.eml), or an Outlook message (.msg) — onto the drop zone inside the app. DIR reads the document, automatically detects whether it's a flight, hotel, tour, or cruise booking, extracts every relevant field, and pre-fills the booking form for you. Multi-leg itineraries are split into individual segments automatically. You review, choose which trip to attach it to, and save in seconds.
Which file types does DIR support?
DIR currently supports PDF booking confirmations, email exports in .eml format (supported by most email clients including Gmail and Apple Mail), and Outlook .msg files. If your booking confirmation arrives by email, you can typically export or save it in one of these formats directly from your inbox.
